When will my order ship?

Orders are packaged and prepared for delivery within 5 business days of being placed. Exceptions may occur during holiday seasons. You will receive email notifications as your order is prepared and shipped.

What is your refund & return policy?

 

No Refunds: Once a payment is made for our graphic design services, it is non-refundable. We commit time, resources, and expertise to every project upon receipt of payment, making it impossible for us to offer refunds.

  1. No Returns: Due to the nature of our operations and our reliance on third-party services such as Printful, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to size issues, defects, or misshipped items.

  2. Third-Party Fulfillment: Our storefront is managed by Printful, and all orders are fulfilled by them. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as incorrect sizing, defects, or shipping errors, please contact Printful directly for assistance.

  3. Future Services: We are considering investing in a DTG printer in the future, which may allow us to offer more flexible return and exchange options. However, until such capabilities are in place, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.

  4. Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure the highest quality products and services. If you experience any issues with the quality of your order, please let us know, and we will work with Printful to address the issue.

Do products come with a guarantee?

We do offer a Gurantee that your item will be made, quality controlled by printful ,and that your item will ship to you. For other Inquires the nature of the project will be discussed and determined between artist and client.

How do I track my order?

Your email receipt includes a tracking link from our shipping provider. If you are unable to locate your receipt, please contact our support team for assistance.
